September 22, 2006 was a Norfolk Southern day
on the River Sub, as Q271 was led north through future CP43 (Above)
and X700 was led south through the rock cut and past the stop board at mile 42.8
for the siding construction (Below),
both seen from the top of the north end of the Fort Montgomery Tunnel.
