Flats Road
Flats Road provides the southernmost vantage point in Coxsackie.
Getting there: From Catskill and Athens, continue north on Route 9W to Flintmine Road (at the south end of the prison). Turn right (east) into Flintmine, and when Flintmine turns to the north, Flats Road continues east to the tracks several yards away.

It then turns east to cross the tracks at CP 118.Getting there: From the point at which Flintmine meets Flats and turns to the north, follow the road as it parallels the tracks and then turns east until it crosses the tracks at CP 118.
